Ms. Panossian's professional background includes extensive experience in the fields of domestic and foreign market/business development, product and strategic marketing, global total customer satisfaction, project management and e-Commerce design & implementation.

As a member of International Rectifier's global, critical customer service/support staff, Ms. Panossian developed and managed global customer service and support programs for customers like IBM, Intel and their subcontractors in US, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Ms. Panossian received the highest TECPLAN and Founder's Achievement Awards for Outstanding Contribution to Intel's Pentium III Processor as well as a certificate of recognition for extraordinary performance in Global Customer Satisfaction.
As the International Sales & Marketing Manager with BP Chemicals, Ms. Panossian created the international department of Filon, a division of BP Chemicals, and successfully developed and established presence in 6 new countries in Europe and Middle East. She has also provided consulting services in international marketing, high-tech foreign market strategic development and IT project management for companies like 3M International, Southern California Edison, Anagenesis, Inc.,Vanadyne Inc. (German Software Co.), and Graham Products (Canadian Co.).
Ms. Panossian is an MBA graduate with a minor in international business. She speaks four languages: "I capitalize on my multilingual capabilities and my ability to understand the sensitivities of different business and social cultures to translate specific needs into new products and markets." She currently teaches international business, global marketing and e-Commerce in two LA area colleges.
Ms. Panossian is a board member of WIT-LA (Women In International Trade) and a member of L.A. Chamber Of Commerce and World Affairs Organization.
